Yes that type of person is a TRAITOR. But that's not the only one reason to be a TRAITOR.

How about:
1- Slogan of Idher HUM udher TUM?
2- Breaking the constitution in 1977's coup?
3- Bringing 30 lakhs Afghans on the soil of Pakistan along with KKovs and drugs?
4- Giving all the proofs of Khalistan to Rajiv Gandhi and lost the chance of saving permanently our eastern borders?
5- Losing already won war of Kargill at the breakfast table of Bill Clinton?
6- And, at last to make you happy,;), declaring Pakistan's creation was "THE BIGGEST BLUNDER IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND" on the Indian soil?

Are they TRAITORS or PATRIOTS? Leaving on you to decide.(clap)
