army did not like mma so they gave nwfp,s rule to ANP,which was desirable for americans too....so much has been written on this before,but below is yet another proof

mma was not ideal party too,but i am witness to the fact that maulana siraaj who was senior minister of mma when he visited abroad on government visits used to pass nights in local mosques,did not use even single ruppee of tax payers money on their trips ,,unlike ANP government which has emptied nwfp (kpk,s) treasury with record breaking corruption and this is a party that has direct links with india and RAW just like mqm has.
how times have changed i think..in zia era army supported islam loving parties,now army supports anti islam and pro india parties like MQM AND ANP

6. (C) 11th Corps Commander Lt. General Hamid Khan criticized the MMA government in the NWFP. He explained, We need to ensure the mullahs dont get a second term. As that of siraj ul haq sleeping in the mosques , he must be addicted to that since the days when there used to be DOLLARS distribution in the mosques among these war mongers during zia time.Their Hazbe islamin got a sitting minister of education in kabul, why doesn't they fight against america now ?
