Around 2006/2007 a news appeared in Dawn or Jang that the US Embassy has distributed a survey to all officers above the rank of Major; Pakistans current problems started there at that point. through painstaking selection, the criminal elements within the army were promoted, and now these criminals in uniform have reached the top and joined hands with the civilian criminals to destroy Pakistan.
