I just read the comments on TOI page where the news is published under City/Kanpur.
All the comments from Bhindians are that this certificate is bought with money. They have arrested the person responsible for issuing it and have cancelled the Domicile, after realising the potential for embarrassment for India. The certificate have names of Ajmal's parents too. Were these name invented too!! How easy or difficult it would be for Pakistani supper dupper "Investigative Journalists" to find out if Ajmal and his parents lived there or not?
They have name of the area where it shows he was born.
