Agreed with you completely that a leader has to be a good mardam shanas
and it is a good quality to have but may be you yourself are lacking it as you left
Imran only after six months whereas most of his collegues stuck with him for 16 years.

very nice observation by hassan nisar about IK.I fully agree with him.My love for IK is his honesty,sincerety and dedication for this nation.some argue that he is not a polished politician,dont know how to do this and that.I would say IK is honest thats what count the most,he will put the head in every deptt and institution who will be responsible for corruption and governence.so honesty in every section of the govt deptt and institutions will make the difference.since this govt is not honest and sincere with the nation and we saw the result, destruction in every section of the country.Economy is collapsed,institutions are ruined, taking too much loan from inside and outside and who is gonna pay that loan with interest.IK will be "Insha Allah" successful in his efforts because God Almighty is on his side so God helps those who help themselves.IK does have good team beside some like jehangir tarin and others are joining the PTI so it will help IK.since IK himself is honest,it will make the difference,he knows no favourtism and only right people on the right job formula will work,may God help him all the way because IK is the only person who can bring the change in the country.
