On balance, he mentioned about the general Macroeconomic situation and then he mentioned about the threats Pakistan faces. It was fairly illuminating.

On the political side I was hoping he would talk about the IRI survey and its findings that PTI is number 1 party in the country with an upward trend.

All the discussion pointed that we were moving in right direction during musharraf's time but sethi did not have the courge to say it. Economy was getting better (pakistan got rid of IMF during Musharraf's time), new employment was created, higher education commission was doing good work, power was develved to local governments, successful foreign policy, good relations with west and relations with india getting better, good relations with middle eastern countries. Fight against terrorism was pakistan's war and much under control.

Musharraf did all the right things but made one vital mistake - that is to free media. One mistake and it is costing pakistan so dearly.

The discussion was about Pakistan NOT any party
