A suggestion to Moderators?

Almost all our discussion in one way or other, willingly or unwillingly
goes towards or includes religion. Unfortunately in religion there are
many sects and we have to accept this reality. Therefore, while
discussing it is very much natural that the participant will project
his/her sect. This cannot be undone. My suggestion is therefore that:
EITHER
the moderators altogether eliminate the Islamic Corner, so there
should be no further discussion related to religion at all;
OR
Let the people should express whatever they wish to express,
provided that they do not use foul language for any one. Therefore
the threads should not be locked or deleted only because some
sect-wise discussion is going on there.

I believe the situation worsens when direct criticism and comments on opponent person and his fate begins. Everybody should try to be limited in describing his opinion and fate, in both political and religious discussions.

Dear Brother Babadeena,

We are definitely following the second option mentioned by you, for a long time and hopefully it will keep on going, all is required by our members, to show responsible behavior and have some patience. only those thread or post are getting delete, which exceed limits....however this time we will have a tough debate with those, who are very fond of making things controversial, they poke their nose in others business and making issues, abusing members and pretending innocent, we are keeping eyes on every one, it matter of time, everything will be fixed. We feel we are right ones and others are wrong.

So strategy is wrong!

If we are not sure about anything specially in religion then we should not make our OWN opinion instead we should ask learned scholars or any one who could help to clear ambiguity.

What strategy we adopt is "OFFENCE IS BEST DEFENCE!

Here the problem starts!

Suppose Shirk, Sufi Music etc, if we are not sure about their authenticity then we start to ridicule people, we take other opinion sarcastically.

I wonder why Muslims are so eager to title others NON MUSLIMS and believe they are the best ones.

Why we can't accept reality that we may be wrong!

That's the problem.

If you are not sure then ask, don't give your own VERDICT.

If you give your own verdict then it should be SUPPORTED by LEARNED SCHOLARS.

Otherwise produce your own CERTIFICATE that you have learnt enough to make JUDGEMENTS.

That should in FORUM RULES.

Suppose if you see a person bowing to someone then YOU MUST ASK THAT PERSON YOURSELVES THROUGH WRITING, E-MAIL or CALLING HIM VIA PHONE etc to MAKE IT SURE HE/SHE REALLY BOWING AS PART OF HIS/HER EBADAH!

Then you should alert him about his/her acts and tell him/her that acts are not allowed in Islam.

If he/she still refuse to act upon your advise then you should issue FATWA otherwise you can not LABEL him/her Mushrik!

This is world of EDITING, Editing may make FALSE LOOK LIKE RIGHT AND RIGHT LOOK LIKE FALSE!

DON'T LOOK THINGS FROM YOUR PERSPECTIVE ONLY!

You seem to have some serious psycho problem. it was just a suggestion not a
strategy. I do not know why you suffer in paranoia and every shout, you think
is for you. For your convenience I summarize the purpose:
a) Religion followers have been divided into sects; that is fact;
b) every discussion will lead to religion;
c) Every participant will wish to project his/her own sect;
d) Definitely people will be labelled like Mushriks and hypocrites if they
fit into the established criteria of Religion;
e) Merely on this basis the threads should not be deleted or closed;
f) More people will discuss, more suffocation and suppression will fade;

But in no way, personal attacks and nick names, and foul language
should be tolerated.

Dear all participating members, I am happy to announce a decision soon will be announced by team to all in general.

Since siasat.pk is a siasat base website, we are not suppose to permit religious thread in our forum ,but on the contrary despite our several reminders our friends stubbornly keep posted religion base threads, which further converts into sectarian debate, which finally leads to either close or delete. Once team did their job in order to keep forum quite and peaceful, our stubborn members start humiliating team for bias behavior, etc etc....recently one of our member started a thread on same basis, which actually challenge the team to respond their allegations or accept them self as being controversial Moderators. How ever it was a great challenge, which actually lead team toward a great session of "brain storm" This session was very fruitful for team because it made team to think how we can keep a standard of equality without making feel a single member annoyed, I believe no could believe that we could come to a conclusion, which could deliver a positive result.

It is really exiting to keep all Pakistanis under one flag of Pakistan without spreading any sectarian violence, do you all need to know how,

For that you all have to wait for "TEAM" thread in this regard, which will include all rules and regulation......

Initially I am advising you, all Islamic thread will be closed with immediate effect till we will bring out the new guidelines in this regard.
