Major's act must be reprimanded. However, this kid looks to be a complete 'BULLY'...Sorry to his parents, but I have been working with kids and write on child psychology. As per my observation of this kid, he would surely be in a habit of smashing around other kids.

Such kids usually lack proper training from parents as they are brought up either in the hands of housemaids or a careless mother who pays no attention to the ethical grooming of her kids. Secondly, such kids also get a backup from their parents on such clashes with other kids.

Chalo 24 arab mein ek hi dafa mein Motorway bech diya. Unho nay tay phir bhi kuch dhamaka shamaka aur jf patang bana dali. Jaagay huy Punjab kay hukmraano nay kya kiya, abhi tak pata nahi chala.

Well, in this particular act, you are absolutely right in calling that Major, a bully. However, it's never prudent to see only ONE SIDE of the picture, hear only one side of the story. Has someone tried to investigate how badly this kid beats other kids??? I myself have seen the cases where a 3-grade kid smashed open the head of another kid by hitting him with a rod.
