disliking ghandhi means disliking an individual not everything , he may be indian leader but a failed politician who's sole purpose was to keep india undivided and keep under hindu rule while Jinnah was more smart and intelligent and he got what nation wanted him to get

Well its not a matter of like or dislike ... Gandhi was a leader of a nation called Bharat (divided India with Hindu majority) which happens to be our neighbour hence we respect the leader of more than a billion people. Philosophy of Pakistan has nothing to do with Gandhi's philosophy. Muslims ruled India for centuries and after British domination faced two pronged discrimination both by the Hindus and the British. Therefore their idea of Indian independence was different than Hindus. They wanted a pre-1857 status, which couldn't be promised in Independence with British parliamentary system of democracy.

Down the line system in Pakistan didn't work properly but still we are better off without India. Same is the case with Bangladesh. Muslim Bangalis united in Bangladesh and not merging back into India is a testimony to the fact that the two nation theory holds true in subcontinent.

I think Patel was more useful for India than Gandhi. Gandhi did make many mistakes but he was a face of Independence struggle. He believed in peace and sacrificed a lot for Indian freedom struggle. He was not a hypocrite, he was a visionary who believed in humanity.I do respect Jinnah for having been involved in India's freedom struggle. However Jinnah played a very small part, he didn't even go to jail once. He not only wanted Pakistan but wanted India to be divided further into many parts. He played identity politics which is the worse for of politics, when India was weakest. There is a reason why everybody in the world knows Gandhi, he is read and admired in all continents. However Gandhi was not a very good politician.......
