You are in luck as a liberal yours truly will love to explain the quote. This quote is completely irrelevant for a liberal because a liberal, like my self, make sure that he has the ability to feed, cloth and educate a child before the child is born, therefore a child is never in a position to say " khila nahi saktay to paida kion karty ho" This question should be answered by non-liberals who leave it up to the administration to provide for their kids. However we liberals at times are asked ' agar 800 dollars wala toy nahi khareed saktay to Paida kion Kartay ho, :( a very different question.

The basic difference between U and Me is that U think yourself the Provider....and to me I am just to strive for provisions while the Provider is the Allah :subhanahu: who does provide to every living thing no matter where it is. So, engaging in such debate where the basics are different is of no use.
