it is true that Libyan ,or any other uprising will not bring the real change untill the people follow the clear vision and mission not to take any help from kufars or allow another dictator/western popit to rule them.
they shud choose from among themselves a sincere leader who fears ALLAH and implements islam

Let this Ummah realise that Allah SWT is helping her towards a new future; and she should look forward to the justice of Islam bringing her security instead of the fear and hardship they have suffered before.
Allah has promised, to those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that He will, of a surety, grant them in the land, inheritance (of power), as He granted it to those before them; that He will establish in authority their religion, the one which He has chosen for them and that He will change (their state), after the fear in which they (lived), to one of security and peace: They will worship Me (alone) and not associate any partner with Me. If any do reject Faith after this, they are rebellious and wicked. [Al Quran 24:55]
