But the prosecutor is not even ready to present the case in the court.

On the other hand, the transfer of the public land in Sind to BT had been proven in the SCP to be an underhand illegal deal. For which Malik Riaz and BT are fined over Rs 4 bn by the SCP. Despite the illegal deal, nobody is charged from the Sind government or Zardari, who was the real culprit.
Similarly, M R transferred $190 million to purchase 1 Hyde Park in London from Hassan Nawaz Sharif. That mansion is reportedly bought with money from money laundering, and the Sharifs wanted to shift it quickly due to the Panama Papers. Since then Hassan Nawaz is disqualified as a company director, and his companies are struck off due to tax evasion. But no one talking about or taking action against the proven criminals.
