Jub Hakumat hi ek mazaaq ho to shehrion ne bhi uskey qawaneen ka mazaaq banana hai.......one day the govenrment announces a compulsosry helmet law....then next day it withdraws it....one day PTI government makes Corona virus test certificate compulsory for travelers.....the VERY next day it takes a uturn. Ye hai teri hakumat. stop making rules without an enforecement mechanism.....or become a laughing stock
