Can't we ask Sharif family source of the money and how and when it got transfered and how much tax was paid and where?
Investigated for what and how? You don't even have jurisdiction there. None of your laws or British laws has been violated. Can't you find anything better than beating a dead horse.

He made speeches on TV and the National Assembly and explained his position. Go read them and then find a law that would rope him. You can't start a criminal investigation just because you think it would look fantastic.

This option is only available to Sharifs or every criminal in Pakistan. If yes then why don't we close courts, Police kind of departments and let each criminal to give statement?

You have to violate a law or you have not committed a crime---that is how a legal system works. You probably wish to be Akbar Badshah or Ranjit Singh to order people hanged at will.

Who should decide whether a law is violated or not?
For your question, its NS who is behaving like Akbar or Ranjit. In the eyes of Law all must be equal?
People are raising very legit questions:
- Source of Money?
- When properties were bought?
- How Money was transferred?
- Tax paid or not?
Not statement but with documentary evidence. Being so many years in power, Pakistani deserve to know?
Based on the information, I have no doubt that Nawaz did monetary corruption.

There is something called courts. If you have anything, go place it before the judges.
