Actually, that guy is a genius. He sold these devices to lots of countries. But How? Actually, he reserarched and got in contact with "Black Sheeps" of every country, showed them the device, gave them kickbacks and sold trash.
It is not possible to sell these devices without Demonstrations/Field Testing. It means, officials of these countries were involved too.
Identify the same officials in Pakistan, Put a Case on Them of Murder of innocent civilians. Hang them for Treason & Murder.

To clarify, I didn't said anything wrong or against Pakistan. Few things are put in sarcastic way while posting replies.
We all know, TTP, Baloch terrorists, SSP and LAJ are working on the philosophy of terrorism and extremism. Thanks to our current Pakistan top Army leadership and brave soldiers they are fighting against them and securing Pakistani soil (which can be used against other countries).
Having said that, we all know once our state policy was to support these extremist during Russia-Afghanistan Jihad. One particular fundamentalist sect was promoted throughout Mard-e-Momin's era (Zia). No one is "Aqal-e-qul", always have flexibility while reading comments. Thanks : )
