پاکستان نے ہماری کوششوں کا تماشہ بنایا

بھارت کے وزیرِ اعظم نریندر مودی نے پاکستان کے ساتھ خارجہ سیکریٹری کی بات چیت منسوخ ہونے کے بعد خاموشی توڑی ہے۔


خبر رساں ایجنسی پی ٹی آئی کے مطابق انھوں نے جاپانی میڈیا کے ساتھ بات چیت میں کہا علیحدگی پسند رہنماؤں سے بات چیت کر کے پاکستان نے ہماری کوششوں کا تماشا بنایا۔

ایجنسی کے مطابق مودی نے کہا پاکستان نے جس طرح سے ان کوششوں کا مذاق بنایا، اس سے ہم مایوس ہیں۔
انھوں نے کہا کہ خارجہ سیکریٹری کی میٹنگ سے پہلے جموں و کشمیر کے علیحدگی پسند رہنماؤں سے بات چیت ٹھیک نہیں تھی۔


نریندر مودی نے کہا، ہم پاکستان کے ساتھ پرامن اور دوستانہ تعلق چاہتے ہیں۔ بھارت کو پاکستان کے ساتھ کسی بھی مسئلہ پر بات چیت کرنے میں کوئی ہچکچاہٹ نہیں ہے، بشرطیکہ یہ شملہ معاہدے اور لاہور اعلان کے مطابق ہو۔
انھوں نے کہا کہ کسی بھی طرح کی بامعنی بات چیت کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ یہ بات چیت دہشت گردی اور تشدد سے آزاد ماحول میں ہو۔


واضح رہے کہ بھارت نے رواں ماہ 18 اگست کو دہلی میں کشمیری علیحدگی پسند رہنماؤں سے پاکستانی ہائی کمشنر کی ملاقات کے بعد خارجہ سیکریٹری سطح کے مذاکرات ختم کرنے کا اعلان کیا تھا۔


بھارتی وزارتِ خارجہ کےترجمان اکبر الدین نے کہا تھا کہ پاکستان کی علیحدگی پسند رہنماؤں سے ملاقات سے کئی سوالات اٹھتے ہیں اور اس سے بھارت کے اندرونی معاملات میں دخل اندازی کا اشارہ ملتا ہے۔


انھوں نے یہ بھی کہا تھا کہ بھارتی سیکریٹری خارجہ سجاتا سنگھ نے بھارت میں تعینات پاکستانی ہائی کمشنر عبدالباسط کو کھلے اور واضح الفاظ میں بتایا کہ پاکستان کی بھارت کے اندرونی معاملات میں دخل اندازی ہرگز برداشت نہیں کی جائے گی۔
