بلکل سہی کہا ھے اپنے
یہاں سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ھے کے ایک جماعت قانون کی پاسداری کرتے ہوے جلسے کر رہی ھے اور ٣٥ دن سے دھرنے دے کرکے بیٹھی ھے

کیا ھو گا اگر کوئی اور جماعت فساد پربا کر دے ؟

کیا یہ لوگ خون خرابے کا انتظار کار رہیں ہیں
کیا یہ لوگ لاشیں گرنے کا انتظار کر رہیں ہیں
یہ لوگ لاہور میں شھید ہونے والوں ١٤ لوگوں کا دن دھاڑے قتل عام پر نوٹس کیوں نہیں لیتے ؟
اتنے بڑے حادثے کے بعد پنجاب کا وزیراعلیٰ اپنی سیٹ پر بیٹھا قانون کو مونھ کیوں چڑ ا رہا ھے ؟

یہ لوگ اپنی ناکامی کا علان کیوں نہیں کرتے ؟

٦٧ سال ھو گئے اس ملک کو بنے ہوے ، ابھی تک پالیسی ہی نہیں بنی کے عدالت کو چلانا کیسے ھے
جو عدالت گلو بٹ جیسے سیدھے مقدمے کا فیصلہ نہ کر سکے ، وہ بڑے بڑے فیصلے کیا کرے گی

کیا عدالت عظمیٰ کے خلاف غداری کا مقدمہ نہیں بناتا جو ٦٧ سال سےعوام کے ٹیکس پیسوں سے اشرافیہ کی پشت پناہی کر رہی ہیں اور مالی فوائد حاصل کار رہیں ہیں ؟

میں بہت ذور دے کر لکھ چکا ھوں کے لوگ بلاخر عدلیہ کی طرف دیکھیں گے

اب عمران خان اور پاکستانی صحافی بھی اپنی انگلیاں عدلیہ کی طرف اٹھا رہیں ہیں

یہاں تک تو ٹھیک ھے

مگر تب کیا ھو گا جب عوام کی انگلیاں اور ہاتھ ان جج حضرات کے سامنے اٹھیں گے ؟

آخر پاکستان کی عدلیہ آخری وقت کا انتظار کیوں کر رہی ھے ؟

بلاخر عمران خان صاحب کا صبر جواب دے گیا ، انھوں نے وہ که ہی ڈالا جو میں بہت پہلے اس فورم پر لکھ چکا ہوں .
عمران خان کی جنگ نواز شریف کے ساتھ نہیں بلکے انکے ساتھ ھے جس کی چھتر چھایا میں نواز شریف حکومت کر رہا ھے

POOR GOVERNANCE & MALADMINISTRATION

It is a hard fact that poor governance & maladministration is trade mark of Sharif brothers. Shahbaz Sharif is an attention-seeker and likes to show off. For the sake of cheap publicity he has started calling himself Khadam-e-Ala but miserably failed to meet the challenges of governance and administration. Its a harsh reality that during his tenure in Punjab all institutions deteriorated conspicuously. In order to achieve their motives, Sharifs always appoint their blue eyed personnel on key posts by completely ignoring merit. Almost all districts of Punjab are being run by grade 19 officers who are incapable hence a basic reason for poor governance. Due to his dictatorial approach Shahbaz Sharif himself heads 12 provincial ministries and he seldom holds cabinet meeting. He takes decisions over ruling, the cabinet. His obstinate behavior is the prime reason for the maladministration in the province. It would be just and appropriate to suggest that Sharifs have failed to establish a democratic spirit in their government and have completely overlooked the norms of democratic political setups.
