I was only talking about the Talibanisation of the tribal regions. And having ancestral link to Teerah(few relatives in teraah as well), i also know what happened in Teerah. In Teerah the same process was implemented and they were guarding their borders against the outer groups(yes of course they have internal issues and internal fights among different groups but that doesn't come into the talibanisation definition), but what happened was that Taliban was forced to take refuge in this vallery by the army, so they came in a higher number and attacked the whole posts and burnt houses, killed the animals, and then the army operation began in that area but before that Teerah was fully secure from the outer forces.
Karachi Terrorism is criminal one and it is due to the political parties itself.
Queta terrorism is sectarian and somewhat easy to create(for international forces) based on the Shia and Sunni for reasons well known(separation of Balochistan). The other terrorisms are also part of internal conspiracy. Let me give you an example, The Shaitaan sees the weaknesses of human being and manipulate it, It doesn't indulge all the humans into doing the same evil(or crime), If a person has an angry nature, they Shaitaan may manipulate his anger and may indulge him into committing a murder. If a person can't stand drinking wine, The shaitaan will make sure that the person goes to places where wine is served(and the rest is done by the weakness of that person). The bottom line is The shaitaan will identify your weakness and then manipulate it to his advantage. That is why there cannot be similar terrorism in all the regions in Pakistan. The other forces identify the areas which they can manipulate to indulge the people into terrorism.
