But here it happened in 5,10 min of normal rain.

visit sham nagar road of lahore which is constructed(only patch work not complete road) a week ago and they put banners for saying thanks to every body from PM to local LEADERS (come on just on patch work you are saying thanks to PM) and right from the start of raining it is looking like canal.

in developed countries such situation occurs once in few years. but they ensure that it does not happen again by analysing the situation, providing best solution and implementing that solution. On the other hand in our country, same situation happens every time after heavy rain and we have only one solution ..khadem e aala will stand in the water with civil servants and have a picture and a video..and he will repeat this solution every time.

It does not happen everywhere..but it happens every time in Lahore after few hours of rain.

There is difference in few hours rain and floods. In Lahore this always happens after few hours rain due to ill planning, incompetence, corruption and bad sewerage system.
