جی ہاں جائیداد کسی آف شور کمپنی کے نام پر نہیں ہے ، ڈکلئیر ہے ، برطانوی حکام کے ساتھ پہلے ہی ڈکلئیر ہے اب اس کی بیوی پاکستانی ٹیکس حکام کے ساتھ بھی کردی ہے، آج بھی عدالت نے پوچھا کہ اور آپ نے رپورٹ بھی کیا کہ

جسٹس مقبول باقر نے کہا کہ انکم ٹیکس کا نوٹس جج کی اہلیہ کو جاری کیا گیا، ساتھ ہی جسٹس منصور علی شاہ نے ریمارکس دیے کہ جج کہتا ہے کہ جائیدادوں کا مجھ سے نہیں متعلقہ لوگوں سے پوچھیں۔

ساتھ ہی جسٹس مقبول باقر نے یہ سوال اٹھایا کہ ایف بی آر میں انکم ٹیکس کا معاملہ کس مرحلے میں ہے؟

Property purchased in 2014 around and not declared in that year and showed 10K income only............

Thats why asking show money trail.....Judge is responsible for presenting it

This bloody crook can show his money trail and clear himself from this tax evasion, fraud , theft , bribery and money laundering charges
if he is unable to show his money trail he has to face consequences of fraud ,cheating , bribery and money laundering , provided this bloody crook is innocent which i am sure he is not

So its mean another influencial corrupt guy get relief from our honourable judiciary system , I think Pakistan survival is only in strict Sheria Law where a common person can ask question to all Sahb e iqtadar.
