فواد چوہدری نے سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کو بدقسمتی قرار دیدیا

پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے رہنما فواد چوہدری نے سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کو بدقسمتی قرار دے کر کہا کہ فیصلے نے ملک کےسیاسی بحران میں مزید اضافہ کر دیا ہے۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق مائیکرو بلاگنگ ویب سائیٹ ٹوئیٹر پر شیئر کیے گئے اپنے بیان میں فواد چودھری کا کہنا تھا کہ اس بد قسمت فیصلے نے پاکستان میں سیاسی بحران میں بہت اضافہ کر دیا ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ فوری الیکشن سے ملک میں استحکام لایا جا سکتا تھا۔

فواد چودھری نے کہا کہ بدقسمتی سے عوام کی اہمیت کو نظر انداز کیا گیا ہے، ابھی دیکھتے ہیں معاملہ آگے کیسے بڑھتا ہے۔

واضح رہے کہ ڈپٹی اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی قاسم سوری کی 3 اپریل کی رولنگ پر سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان از خود نوٹس کیس کا فیصلہ سنا دیا گیا ہے جس میں سپریم کورٹ کی جانب سے ڈپٹی سپیکر کی رولنگ غیر آئینی قرار دے کرقومی اسمبلی کو بحال کر دیا گیا ہے۔

سپریم کورٹ کے پانچ رکنی بینچ نے متفقہ فیصلہ دیا کہ ڈپٹی اسپیکر کی 3 اپریل کی رولنگ اور قومی اسمبلی کو تحلیل کرنا آئین سے متصادم تھا جس کے بعد سپریم کورٹ نے قومی اسمبلی بحال کردی۔

سپریم کورٹ نے اپنے فیصلے میں کہا کہ اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی کا اجلاس 9 اپریل کو بلائیں۔ چیف جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال نے مختصر فیصلہ سناتے ہوئے نگراں حکومت کے قیام کیلئے صدر اور وزیراعظم کے اقدامات کو بھی کالعدم قرار دیتے ہوئے ڈپٹی اسپیکر کی رولنگ سےپہلےکی صورتحال بحال کر دی۔

سپریم کورٹ نے جلدازجلد تحریک عدم اعتماد کو نمٹانےکا حکم دیتے ہوئے ہدایت کی کہ اسمبلی اجلاس کوغیرمعینہ مدت تک ملتوی نہ کیا جائے اسپیکرعدم اعتمادتحریک نمٹانے تک اجلاس ملتوی نہیں کرسکیں گے۔
