I do not think that Sarfraz has been neglected because of "Muhajir and non-Muhajir" as most of MQMer are claiming.
This was a issue of "MERIT-non MERIT".
Sarfraz possesses all the MERIT to get chance in other matches too. In my view there is 2 possibilites that Sarfraz was not playing before
1.Maybe Waqar has some personal dispute with Sarfraz and he used his own power to destroy the career of a Young Player.
2.Maybe they thought Sarfraz can not Play well as a batsmen and Akmal can Play as a keeper and a batsmen as well and they wanted one more Player as a batsmen.

Please avoid any such comments which will creat dispute because of this issue . This is time to unite all Pakistan and Pakistani Players in the world Cup and Play as a team and not as individual.

By this logic, if Sarfaraz fails to score and ends up like Nasir Jamshed, does it mean he did "dhoka"? This a tough position for Sarfaraz to be placed in, by morons who use the race card.
Never seen posters of Saeed Ajmal or Misbah , bragging about their punjabi heritage.
This reflects poorly on so called 'educated' MQM. It is about insecurity, victimhood, and MQM brains poisoned by Altaf Hussain. Unfortunately, this forum draws the worst of MQM, as evident by comments above.
People should understand demographics. There are more people in rest of Pakistan than Karachi and it is reflected in the team. More importantly, in Pakistan, parchi gets you farther than your race. Say a guy has parchi from Musharraf, it doesn't matter he's kashmiri, mohajjir, or punjabi, he will play.
Also, batting coach & consultant has been Miandad. Fielding coach is from Karachi. Since Pakistan has been failing both at fielding and batting, using this logic above, should we blame Karachi?
Committee selectors include people from Karachi. Race baiters should write to the selection committee.

Farooq Sattar ne Mohajir ka lafz use nahi kia,,, wo is liye sarfaraz ko yad kr rahe the, k pichle 6 salon se use ignore kia jaraha tha.,.. is se pehle babar ghori, rashid latif or ex minister sports b yehi keh chuke hen... plz yar galt baten nahi kro...
