آئی سی سی ٹی 20 فائنل میں شکست کے بعد قومی کرکٹ ٹیم کے کپتان بابراعظم نے کہا ہے کہ اگر میچ کے دوران شاہین آفریدی انجرڈ نا ہوتے تو میچ کا نتیجہ تبدیل ہوسکتا تھا۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق آئی سی سی ٹی 20 ورلڈ کپ کےفائنل میں انگلینڈ کے پاکستان کو شکست دے کر ٹائٹل اپنے نام کرلیا ہے، میچ کے بعد قومی کرکٹ ٹیم کے کپتان بابراعظم نے شکست کی وجہ فاسٹ باؤلر شاہین آفریدی کی انجری کو قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ اگر شاہین آفریدی انجرڈ نا ہوتے تو میچ کا رزلٹ مختلف ہوتا۔

بابراعظم نے کہا کہ میرا خیال ہے ہم نے 20 رنز کم بنائے ہیں، ہم نے دباؤ نہیں لیا مگر ہماری وکٹیں تیزی سے گرتی چلی گئیں، جب پارٹنر شپ بنانے کی کوشش کی تو ڈاٹ بالز زیادہ ہوگئیں، ہمیں اس وقت ایک اچھی پارٹنر شپ کی ضرورت تھی ، پاکستان کی خامی ڈاٹ بالز ہیں جسے ہمیں دور کرنا ہوگا، ہمارے مڈل آرڈر پر بہت تنقید ہورہی تھی، تاہم اس ورلڈ کپ کے دوران مڈل آرڈر نے اچھا پرفارم کیا، میں ٹیم کی مجموعی کارکردگی سے مطمئن ہوں۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ہمارےپاس دنیا کی تیز ترین بولنگ ہے مگر ہماری بدقسمتی ہے کہ شاہین آفریدی دوران میچ انجری کا شکار ہوگئے ہیں، ہمیں فائنل ہارنے کا بہت افسوس ہے، باؤلرز نے بہت ایفرٹ کی مگر شاہین آفریدی کی کمی کی وجہ سے اچھا موقع ہاتھ نہیں آسکا۔

قومی ٹیم کے کپتان نے مزید کہا کہ میں ٹائٹل جیتنے پر انگلینڈ کرکٹ ٹیم کو مبارکبا د پیش کرتا ہوں، شائقین کرکٹ کی سپورٹ پر بھی ان کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہیں،ورلڈ کپ کے دوران جہاں ہمارامیچ ہوا ہم وہاں سے بہت سپورٹ ملی ہے۔

Most players are playing because of being relatives of influential people or for cocaine smuggling.

Toss was vital which England won and so did the trophy. Pakistan failed to realise that 160 was a par total on this wicket rather than trying to muscle their way to 200 which was never an option. England's drubbing of India in the semi final gave them lots of psychological advantage. I didn't watch England's batting but they were very methodical to restrict Pak to below par score.
