Verily those who are Allah's friends FOR THEM THERE IS NO FEAR
NOR THEY ARE AGGRIEVED.:
Mine questions are:
a) Are those who acquire status of "friends of Allah" have a sanction
to grant salvation to OTHERS (iF YES, please produce Quranic verse
in your support).
b) Those who acquired status of "friends of Allah", their rememberance
in any way or in any form, does constitute our Ebaadat;
c) Do they know what people do for them.
d) Are their ardents after those friends of Allah's departure, will
get the grasp of the fist of friends of Allah from the accounting of
Allah at the Day of Judgement;
Then perhaps Evil is your judgement which you have in your minds?

And those they invoke besides Him do not possess [power of] intercession; but only those who testify to the truth [can benefit], and they know. (86)Sahi Iternational.
Please read the whole Rukuh of Surah Zukhruf. I do not want to do shirk and discussion ,but there is some space for some special people, blessed by Allah Subhan hu w Tala.
And who could be a friend of Allah Talla?
Who will decide that he is Allah's friend ?
Only Allah Tala could do it by himself , as he picked his prophets.
وَلَا يَمْلِكُ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ الشَّفَاعَةَ إِلَّا مَن شَهِدَ بِالْحَقِّ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٨٦﴾
اور جن کی یہ (کافر لوگ) اللہ کے سوا پرستش کرتے ہیں وہ (تو) شفاعت کا (کوئی) اختیار نہیں رکھتے مگر (ان کے برعکس شفاعت کا اختیار ان کو حاصل ہے) جنہوں نے حق کی گواہی دی اور وہ اسے (یقین کے ساتھ) جانتے بھی تھے، (٨٦) Jalindheri

The verses tell us about the status of the friends of Allah and your question is wether the can grant salvation on day judgement…
You asked:

They will not Grant salvation rather they will intercede in front of Allah and Allah will grant salvation. Here it is important to mention that it is Allah who will give permission to intercede in front of Him and it will be on Allah who can accept or reject intercession.
“On that day no intercession shall avail, except the one for whom the Most Gracious (Allaah) has given permission and whose word is acceptable to Him”
[Ta-Ha 20:109]
“He knows what is before them, and what is behind them, and they cannot intercede except for him with whom He is pleased. And they stand in awe for fear of Him”
[al-Anbiya’ 21:28]
“Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission?”
[al-Baqarah 2:255]
Now the question who can intercede on the day of judgment?
The Prophet Muhammad(saw) said “So the Prophets, the angels and the believers will intercede, and the Compeller (Allaah) will say, ‘There remains My intercession.’ Then He will take a handful from the Fire and bring forth some people whose bodies have been burnt and throw them into a river at the entrance to Paradise that is called the Water of Life.
They will grow on its banks, as a seed carried by a flood grows. You have seen how it grows beside a rock or beside a tree, and how the side facing the sun is usually green while the side facing the shade is white. They will come out like pearls, and necklaces will be placed around their necks. Then they will enter Paradise, and the people of Paradise will say, ‘These are the people emancipated by the Most Merciful. He has admitted them into Paradise without them having done any good deeds and without them having sent forth any good (for themselves).’ Then it will be said to them, ‘You will have what you have seen and the equivalent thereof.’”
Sahih Al Bukhari Hadith 7440
So the answer is no one can grant salvation except Allah.

Why Auliya Allah will intercede for us:
a) what is our claim on them; ?
b) or they will intercede for those who sing their songs in the world life?
There must be some criteria for these Auliya Allah to intercede and for whom!!!
You, brother picked up selected verses from Quran, the Intercession right has
not been granted categorically to anyone, as far as Quran is concerned:. Please

11 :41-47
This is the story of Hazrat Nuh and his son.
Allah's messengers and his friend are not wrong doers and they have criteria
for doing any thing and that criteria is the Allah's balance of justice.and his will.
Otherwise they could not survive and no more Allah's friends.
Look in the last ayat here , how Hazrat Nooh AS asked forgiveness for supporting his wrong doer son.
Dont expect that a Charsi , Bhangi will be blessed with forgiveness just of his Dhamal....
11 :41-47
وَهِيَ تَجْرِي بِهِمْ فِي مَوْجٍ كَالْجِبَالِ وَنَادَىٰ نُوحٌ ابْنَهُ وَكَانَ فِي مَعْزِلٍ يَا بُنَيَّ ارْكَب مَّعَنَا وَلَا تَكُن مَّعَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٤٢﴾ قَالَ سَآوِي إِلَىٰ جَبَلٍ يَعْصِمُنِي مِنَ الْمَاءِ*ۚ قَالَ لَا عَاصِمَ الْيَوْمَ مِنْ أَمْرِ اللَّـهِ إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ*ۚ وَحَالَ بَيْنَهُمَا الْمَوْجُ فَكَانَ مِنَ الْمُغْرَقِينَ ﴿٤٣﴾ وَقِيلَ يَا أَرْضُ ابْلَعِي مَاءَكِ وَيَا سَمَاءُ أَقْلِعِي وَغِيضَ الْمَاءُ وَقُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ وَاسْتَوَتْ عَلَى الْجُودِيِّ*ۖ وَقِيلَ بُعْدًا لِّلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿٤٤﴾ وَنَادَىٰ نُوحٌ رَّبَّهُ فَقَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ ابْنِي مِنْ أَهْلِي وَإِنَّ وَعْدَكَ الْحَقُّ وَأَنتَ أَحْكَمُ الْحَاكِمِينَ ﴿٤٥ ﴾
قَالَ يَا نُوحُ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ*ۖ إِنَّهُ عَمَلٌ غَيْرُ صَالِحٍ*ۖ فَلَا تَسْأَلْنِ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ*ۖ إِنِّي أَعِظُكَ أَن تَكُونَ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ ﴿٤٦﴾ قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَسْأَلَكَ مَا لَيْسَ لِي بِهِ عِلْمٌ*ۖ وَإِلَّا تَغْفِرْ لِي وَتَرْحَمْنِي أَكُن مِّنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ ﴿٤٧﴾
(نوح نے) کہا کہ خدا کا نام لے کر (کہ اسی کے ہاتھ میں اس کا) چلنا اور ٹھہرنا (ہے) اس میں سوار ہوجاؤ۔ بےشک میرا پروردگار بخشنے والا مہربان ہے (٤١) اور وہ ان کو لے کر (طوفان کی) لہروں میں چلنے لگی۔ (لہریں کیا تھیں) گویا پہاڑ (تھے) اس وقت نوح نے اپنے بیٹے کو کہ جو (کشتی سے) الگ تھا، پکارا کہ بیٹا ہمارے ساتھ سوار ہوجا اور کافروں میں شامل نہ ہو (٤٢) اس نے کہا کہ میں (ابھی) پہاڑ سے جا لگوں گا، وہ مجھے پانی سے بچالے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ آج خدا کے عذاب سے کوئی بچانے والا نہیں (اور نہ کوئی بچ سکتا ہے) مگر جس پر خدا رحم کرے۔ اتنے میں دونوں کے درمیان لہر آحائل ہوئی اور وہ ڈوب کر رہ گیا (٤٣) اور حکم دیا گیا کہ اے زمین اپنا پانی نگل جا اور اے آسمان تھم جا۔ تو پانی خشک ہوگیا اور کام تمام کردیا گیا اور کشی کوہ جودی پر جا ٹھہری۔ اور کہہ دیا گیا کہ بےانصاف لوگوں پر لعنت (٤٤) اور نوح نے اپنے پروردگار کو پکارا اور کہا کہ پروردگار میرا بیٹا بھی میرے گھر والوں میں ہے (تو اس کو بھی نجات دے) تیرا وعدہ سچا ہے اور تو سب سے بہتر حاکم ہے (٤٥)
خدا نے فرمایا کہ نوح وہ تیرے گھر والوں میں نہیں ہے وہ تو ناشائستہ افعال ہے تو جس چیز کی تم کو حقیقت معلوم نہیں ہے اس کے بارے میں مجھ سے سوال ہی نہ کرو۔ اور میں تم کو نصیحت کرتا ہوں کہ نادان نہ بنو (٤٦) نوح نے کہا پروردگار میں تجھ سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں کہ ایسی چیز کا تجھ سے سوال کروں جس کی حقیقت مجھے معلوم نہیں۔ اور اگر تو مجھے نہیں بخشے گا اور مجھ پر رحم نہیں کرے گا تو میں تباہ ہوجاؤں گا (٤٧
