How can you say with such authority that NL has no connections with external spy agencies? unless you have some credible sources in Zurich.

Neither of the political elite except MQM has connections with any external spy agency. About MQM it is an established fact.

Yes NS is a political failure , but let the people decide and opt for a better option availible democratically.

RAW Agents captured from NS sugar mills had been given special treatment and were not required to report to police station in any city they went to. I am surprised that NS could not find Engineers for his sugar mill anywhere except India. and not 1 or 2 engineers, 37 people over time.

OK, lets assume you are right. He was operating before NS government. But does it negate the fact that he was still operating in last 3 years and got caught in Nawaz's regime?
That Nawaz is keeping mum on his arrest. Why? If we go by your assumption that we should look at the previous government. No doubt we should, most of us on this forum are no friends of Zardari, we know he is no less enemy of Pakistan than Shar brothers.
IF it was to do with previous government there should have been more incentives for Nawaz government to highlight this issue in the media, international media, UN, US, China, Russian, GB, EU, Gulf Council etc. Why they are keeping quiet?

Plus we have confirmed report that they have given visas to Indians without restrictions placed on their movement. Why?
Don't try to pull wool over our eyes, Shar brothers are as guilty as hell in this matter.
