Any development fund to any Nazim or any village ,they should put it online as well. They should also tell people that for what project they are allocating how much money & when will that project complete.
There should be an accountability for every single cent.

I hope someone from PTI will read this.:)

I like the concept of village councils but not sure how a three tier governance system will operate. Lets hope for the best.

candidate with highest votes is Nazim and 2nd Highest Naib Nazim.....
Means there will not be seperate voting for those....

I think they shouldn't include Non-Party base. This is also a small hole towards the corruption. Party based elections should be from the start.

i dont agree. in village its not necessary that all people support one party/candidate. some support one and some support other party. if they will conduct elections on party basis at village level then there will be fights between villagers & it can be bad for law and order. as you know how civilized this nation is.

Direct elections for District and Tehsil Nazims are more important than village councils, because village councils are mere small UCs but direct Nazim elections are the game changer which eliminates horse trading. Looks like PTI has happily opted to join the status quo instead of bringing the change.
