It is difficult to believe that above Mr. Hikmat DISLIKED your post about local body system. This shows the hatred that these people have, and how they want to keep the minority groups under their control.
I personally believe, we don't need more Provinces, but we have to make the local Body system very strong and transfer all the powers from provincial government to the local governments, including taxation and policing. Provincial government should limit itself to only legislation.
