" سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ ہے کہ ضروری نہیں کہ ہر کیس میں سزا معطل ہو ، سپریم کورٹ نے فیصلے میں کہا کہ ضمانت دینا یا انکار کرنا ہائی کورٹ کی صوابدید ہے ۔

اس کیس میں دی گئی سزا کم دورانیے کی ہے ، عدالت سمجھتی ہے کہ درخواست گزار سزا معطلی اور ضمانت پر رہائی کا حقدار ہے ۔

سزا معطلی کی درخواست منظور کر کے پانچ اگست کو ٹرائل کورٹ کا فیصلہ معطل کیا جاتا ہے درخواست گزار کو ایک لاکھ روپے کے مچلکے داخل کرانے پر ضمانت پر رہا کیا جائے "​

Can't do it.
Only forum to bring the justices of high courts and supreme court to justice is by filing a reference... by the President under instructions of federal government... precisely the PM. There is no other way. Constitution protects them for any lawsuit.
