In a failed and corrupt country there is no justice for anyone.I won’t be surprised if he more fake cases are filed against him.

Khan’s lawyer’s themselves applied for suspension and they got it. How can SC now fully eliminate the sentence. They may do so when a appeal is rejected. Khan lawyers have not applied for formal appeal to dismiss the sentence, probably they don’t want to loose the chance. First they will wait for retrial in session court and if the verdict is sustained, they will go for either appeal or resuspension. They may not get suspension and have appeal again. Government will make sure that appeal is not heard before Bandial is gone.

Not true, cos I remember that Khosa & Sher Afzal were pleading on taking the case back to start and trial not done properly in SC and they wanted to wait till Islamabad court orders before jumping in.
Only in worst dictatorships, govt tries to control all court decision run a propaganda campagin against highest judiciary when they cannot control them. baqi FIA, IB, ISI, Anti-corruption, NAB sab tu destroy ker diya hai.
