I am puzzled by the stupid Pakistani army. Last time, in 2019, they had a lock on the Indian divisional military headquarters with a high-ranking general inside holding a meeting. But instead of hitting the headquarters, they decided to show mercy and hit the open ground nearby. Why?
Also, we were told that Pakistan had a lock on 8 Indian fighter jets but let them get away with it. Why?

We are told that on the night of 30th April, Pakistan had locked on 4 Rafale fighter jets but let them return back and land in Srinagar.
