Momins with sound character have decreased drastically (almost finished) because the tableeghi preachers don't care about character building. Tableegh goers come back and straight away indulge in cheating, pilferage, adulteration, hoarding, hypocrisy, lies, and every kind of vice (particularly economic vice). There is no point of making it an issue of egos or turn it into a cultural/social war at this stage. It is a health and epidemic precautionary issue and it ought to seen as such.
If we rise above egos and authority issues, then the matter can be resolved with a simple compromise.
These members of clergy says that these are "shuair e Islam" and cannot be banned by any state edict due to their 'fiqa'. For the precautionary measures, there is no need of an order for ban.

Ask the mosques and Jame masjid only to limit the numbers of attendees to 5 or 10 or 50 in accordance with the available space and to a keep proper distance and refrain from mingling and maybe perform Wuzo at their home. With such an arrangement, probably the attendees would be the ones closer to the mosque administration, already in contact with each other. Place police outside mosques to ensure the procedure is followed.
Thus the 'shuairs e islaam" can continue without a halt and the clergy has no "fiqa" issue.

Once this epidemic is over, we can arrange for a grand national fight (and a dangal) with these obscurantists orthodox clergy to all our sate and fill.
