In USA/ EU there is underground crossing, and they don't close road half an hour ago where there is railway crossing.

<br>Are you sure abt the existence of underground railway crossing&nbsp; at all crossing points in USA/EU....Personally I know quite a few places in EU where crossing is controlled by conventional barrier (gate, bar, or just a warning sign)....It is better to speak abt what you really have seen,&nbsp; not stories heard from here and there <br><br>
