A ‘YouTuber’ in his latest vlog claimed that Gen Faiz had been issued a show cause notice by the army chief for either meeting the prime minister a few days ago or for making a telephone call to PMLQ leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi. The YouTuber said that he had confirmed and crossed-checked his information from three different sources. The vlog is now being widely circulated in political and media circles.

I think the story is true. The only person in Army that Khan trusts is Gen Faiz. Faiz was also DG ISI, so that was the right person to go to.
These PDM parties were put under 1 umbrella by someone in the Military. (probably Bajwa).

The denial was. "no show cause notice issued". They did not deny Gen Faiz did not meet PM.
Think about it, US could have been the sponsor of VONC, but to bring all the parties under one roof (even BAP and MQM) was done by the Army (again probably cheif)

I think you are over thinking. ISPR will not make a comment about a meeting with PM, whatever the case, especially a denial. The rest may or may not be true. However if the army worked to collect MQM and BAP for the opposition then it will be leaked one way or the other through somewhat reliable source.

There is no doubt at all that the US was not just a sponsor but actively arranged and managed VONC at least since 2+ months. It is from the activities of known local us/cia agents with the local members. and then a series of political meetings of US officials.
