This jumla is based on an assumption that if a kid is grown to be bad, the mother is responsible because she was not strong enough to advise and stop him doing bad things when he was growing up but this does not mean that she did not love him, or love him less than any mother. To the contrary, it was her love that made her ignore his bad habits most of the time she did not even notice. To conclude that a bad kid's mother don't love him as much as a good kid's mother is a false assumption.
