Modi is probably trying to start false flag operation against Pakistan.

Islamabad has a pacifist govt right now and its what China had been advising to Islamabad since decades, focus on economy first then build a proper military.

Modi is not a statesman and he sees this as a weakness and try to buy weapons for an invasion of Azad Kashmir.

China showing them that if they do misadventure against their ally it wont be a one front war this time.

China doesnt want war but they are trying to counter balance Indian aggression in the region.
