I would agree with ur thoughts if policies of politicians seemed to be different from army, politicians were proved to be way more cowards than a dictator. secondly from the very first day goal of PAK army was not to win anything but to play two sided role so US cannot attack PAK. PAK helped Taliban a lot, to an extent it could. factors like TTP are not taliban, they were emerged from indian incubator to start their own dirty game in this dirt
