I read earlier today that FIA forensic experts said that they were not sure of 1 message from blackberry and another message could have come from anywhere. The FIA expert name was Ali Imran and judge commented that what is the use of this forensic report.
Either judges wanted something very clear and I think these 3 have been made escapegoat.
