i usually find your opinion reasonable except for this case in which for some reason you are trying to compare the situation of Pakistan with Arab countries. Pakistan is indebted to China and China has always supported pakistan even when the whole muslim ummah remained neutral. Arabs have all the wealth of the world and they do not depend on Indians for their survival so the question raised starter are valid.

ضرورت پڑنے پر جب کوئی مدد نہیں کرتا عرب ہی پاکستان کی مدد کرتے ہیں. مسلمان ممالک ایک نقطے پر اکھٹے ہو جائیں "مسلمان سب سے پہلے" تو ان کی بہت سی معاشی، تجارتی اور عسکری مجبوریاں ان کی کمزوری نہیں رہیں گے​
