No it is not about Hindu Muslim. Infact it is a very good suggestion. Keeping the Parliamentary System & avoiding the Presidential System with all the benefits of Presidential System, it is best option. Biggest benefit is to finish the blackmailing of electables. Parties will get the votes & then Parties will be free to bring up their best candidate roster. I can understand why JI is asking for this system. But there should be a minimum number of votes for any party to be labeled/ recognized as National or Provincial Party. It will also limit the role of mushroom Parties at National & Provincial levels. But for Local Bodies & Pressure Groups for mainstream parties these mushroom parties will be more effective.
But it will only work if there are elections within parties more frequently.
