You people have a tendency to believe that India is the henchman of USA or other countries because it hurts you to admit that India is stronger than Pakistan without the help of a third nation. The way he poses for photos everywhere and talk about things he does sound like he is trying to gain something. Worst thing is that he uses religion to cheat people into thinking that he is a reformer. Anyone who talks about religion is first labelled as a reformer or a saint before his real intentions are discovered.

"In a new opinion poll, Afghans have rated India as the most favourable foreign country in Afghanistan and have rejected a role for Pakistan in their country.

The opinion poll,not by an indian agency but commissioned by BBC, ABC and German TV ARD, also shows a sharp decline in support for the Taliban.

According to the findings, 71 percent of more than 1,500 Afghans questioned endorsed India's multifarious role in the reconstruction of the strife-torn country.

India was followed by Germany (59 percent), the US (51 percent), Iran (50 percent) and Britain (39 percent). Pakistan was found to be the least popular country, with only two percent of Afghans viewing its role favourably.

India has pledged $1.3 billion for a wide array of reconstruction activities ranging from education to building roads, bridges, power stations to digging tubewells, and grassroot development projects.

This broad sweep of developments projects has earned India enormous goodwill among ordinary Afghans.

The poll decisively rebuffs Pakistan's oft-voiced propaganda pitch that India's growing profile in Afghanistan was part of the problem, and not the solution.

The survey was conducted in all 34 provinces of Afghanistan between Dec 11-23, 2009. It's based on in-person interviews with a random national sample of 1,534 Afghan adults during that period.

The results have a 3-point error margin. The field work has been done by the Afghan Center for Socio-Economic and Opinion Research (ACSOR) in Kabul."

They are quoting the same survey but interpreting it wrongly. 7 in 10 Afghans believe that Afghanistan is going in the right direction. Also this is not funny. Thousands of Pakistanis and Afghans have died.

I cannot share my definition of politics on this forum as almost the whole of it will be bleeped out.

Religion is a guide for the spiritual journey towards God.

Politics is the art of selling one's soul multiple times to different opponents in the name of compromise & negotiation.

I would never want to see Islam be dragged into this filthy mud called politics

If somebody wants to abuse Islam he/she would call it a "religion" in the strict sense of the term. Being a Muslim where did U find a line of division between politics and Islam?

Whilst I admire the patriotic passion that Zaid has for Pakistan, I do not agree with many things he says. However, you fail to understand that Zaid is not in any position of power, he has not murdered anyone unlike Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang dal, RSS who have been part of Indian ruling parties. You fail to ask the Indian thread starter what he thinks about Nirendra Modi's statement below that "Hindu terrorism will wipe Pakistan off the map of the world" Nirendra Modi is supported by an overwhelming majority of Indians. Please see the video below:

I have never seen a single Indian person ever condemn this statement which was aired by Channel 4 UK. He is currently one of the most popular leaders in India at the moment who is wrongly using the Hindu faith to incite violence against Pakistan.
