Filmmaker Yash Chopra, who recently turned 80, was rushed to Lilavati Hospital in Bandra. “He was admitted after being diagnosed with an attack of dengue."

Legendary Bollywood filmmaker Yash Chopra, 80, passes away on Sunday evening at the Lilavati Hospital in Bandra, where he was being treated for dengue for the past one week.

Yash Chopra was born in Lahore before partition took place.And see the coincidence,in 2011 many people died in Lahore due to Dengue Virus and Chopra sahab despite leaving the city a long time back,being rich and living in Mumbai also died due to the same fever which engulfed the city where he spent his childhood.
