Why there is no option to revert your like or thanks on a post on Siasat.Pk

if I liked or click thanks on a post by mistake and want to undo it, why siesta.pk doesn't allow it?

Also, why there is a 3 second gap between liking 2 posts??? This is the most annoying feature of this site alone with what i mentioned above
