Why nationwide martial law never happened in India

India is passing a racist inhumane and fascist Citizenship Amendmen Bill to legalize crimes against humanity.

As US government body has recommended sanctions on Indian Government leadership should the Bill come into effect.

But just look at how Indians are unanimously defending fascism and abusing America like a bunch of school bullies:

This is the reason why there is no martial law in India, they will defend their government's murder, rape, fascism, nazism and all form of brutality openly and shamefully and will never demand dissolving government and creating unrest in their own country.

Exactly, their government imposes military control in states and renames it as anything other than martial law.

While in true essense India is a martial law state.
