Nitish did speak about it if you watch it. Plus among all nations of BRICS block , India seems to be the only one that's not showing that much enthusiasm towards Dedollarisation despite buying oil from Russia and Iran in other currencies. They especially under populism of Modi Sarkar haven't been able to understand geopolitics and American tricks.
