Why do I see my own likes/Dislikes and quotes on my notifications?

It is since the new look of siasat.pk, I'm getting notifications for stuff I liked/disliked and quoted myself. really irritating. I request admins to have a look at it.

It happens only on chrome .. never happens when I use safari :(
