Why are clothing brands shifting production to Bangladesh?

The wages they are giving to labour are very low compare to other countries in whole workd . With this kind of income the economic conditions of labourer may not going to change. On the other hand The Government of Bangladesh may get some revenue.
By the way the Bangalies are getting the lowest salary in the UAE as well.
