Why abusing people are not kicked out of the forum?

Assalam-o-Alikum!
A little while before I could see some abusing thread under latest threads column not only once but for I think 10+ times with abusing language in the Title. I just want to ask all of you why shouldnt admin be allowed to block those who doesnt know how to respect someone or how to respect others on the forum? it is not only this kind of people using this forum there would be many sisters and there are people who dont abuse and they dont like to be abused as well, and they dont want to listen it for anyone else either, if some one is administrator he/she has the right to approve or delete any or all the threads! if admin has deleted any thread is it the way that you start abusing openly and telling him dont do it. it should be deleted and the user should be kicked out of the forum even if it is me.

They get blocked immediately but they are so desperate, they go to another place and sign up from there and post again. Eventually that guy(kashiuk) will run out of places. He was stupid enough to send us an email before posting all those idiotic threads and we tracked his email. He has been reported to cyber police and shouldn't be surprised if someone shows up at his door.

Brother Malik, that can be done but the task itself will become very hectic. As you are aware, all of us here are volunteer moderators and we can not have our eyes glued to the screen 24/7. It gets frustrating for the poster if he doesn't see his/her thread posted right away.​

I dont know what happened suddenly.

But I have an idea , that new people should not be allowed to start a new thread up to certain limits of posts . like 100 post. they could comments but not starting thread.

And in this 100 posts, seniors could monitor them, or moderators could monitor . if they have better attitude then they should be allowed to start a thread. but again this is job too.

Thats not according to freedom of speech . U can delete the thread upon ratings , introduce a system in which such a thread which is rated as terrible by 20 persons should be deleted.

A sugestion to eliminate or reduce abusing people on this forum?

I would suggest not to allow fresh member to post a brand new thread. Initially give the new member permission ONLY to reply to existing threads. Once the new member is monitored after many posts then he /she gets the privilege to start posting brand new thread. This will also eliminate members with multiple IDs.

As we all noticed that someone with some knowledge of computer and internet disturbing all of us here with Waseem related post.

How to avoid ???

There can be a number of suggestions and advices that we can avoid such posts.

I am giving some simple advice ....

1.New members should not get access to post directly , ( This should go throug a filter )

2.There should be atleast 100 posts and only then they may get access to post direct.

3.They should not get direct access if they are not a member for more than 1 month.

Thanks Spartacus, we took care of it, he won't be able to create new threads. From this day forwards, we will be watching every new member before authorize him to create content.

great idea about 100 posts and supervision. u may add atleast one more filter and that is submissions or remarks made by new person must have grading of about 60% as good by the members .will it be possible?

The responsibility of keeping the forum clean rests on each of us and we can share by reporting any such post if we find any objectionable content...

Such people can then be warned and kept in check....

Here i want to add 1 more thing, that some member upload unreasonable material.....

and usage of bad words also weakened the forum interest for reasonable and educated people.

here I found "sarmad"'s nonserious and irresponsible attitude in creating new threads....but amazingly none of the moderator or super moderator taken any notice on it
