When i wrote first against Cheap Justice of Pakistan then some members raised their eye brows and started labelling me Musharraf supporter but later on they realised that i am not talking BS.
Today, when i looked at today's newspaper.............Chief Justice instructions headlines were all over.

Has this Cheap Justice of Pakistan sorted out all the problems in Legal system of Pakistan ?

He deliberatly did not decide the fate of many important cases. All the cases are at final stages alongwith his retirement.

If we are reading correctly then PML-N must be ready to bargain with Cheap Justice and Army Chief extensions.

No matter, how much we hate with PML-N. If PML-N takes stand against this Cheap Justice, then all the parties should stand behind PML_N. Unfortunately, PML-N won't go against justice system.

PTI tigers should get ready for Face on/ Face off moment.

He let all the criminals to contest the elections and now he is passing judgments on Budget .
They are many allegations on the election process but he has given clean chit to worst rigged elections in the history of Pakistan.

Rather dealing with judicial issues, he is suggesting what Government should do to deal with the energy crisis. What don't he mind his own business and let the Government deal with the crisis .

Imran Khan has to decided soon otherwise he wil get the extension from Power mafia and Pakistan will deteriorate further.

That's the problem. He is not going anywhere. He deliberately did not decide many important cases and put it one his table for negotiation with Government and to become "HERO".

If you notice, his tone against Government is quite aggressive. It seems that he is representing General Public and awam ka sara dard iss key undder chuppa huwa hey.

No matter, how much we hate PML_N but this is between Government, Opposition and Public.
Let them deal with the situations.

As per my understanding, he will blackmail the PML-N Government to get his extension. Yeah banda system ko under baher sey samjajhta hey, he is not going any where. Same applies to Army Chief.

Both are imminent for Pakistan. They arn't going anywhere.

اسلام آباد:(دنیا نیوز) سپریم کورٹ نے 1931ء کا ٹیکس ایکٹ غیر آئینی قرار دے دیا، حکومت کو اعلامیے کے ذریعے جی ایس ٹی بڑھانے کا اختیار نہیں، عدالت نے حکومت کو 13 جون سے وصول کیا گیا ایک فیصد جی ایس ٹی اور 9 فیصد سی این جی پر ٹیکس رجسٹرار کے پاس جمع کرانے کا حکم دیا ہے۔اسلام آباد: (دنیا نیوز) چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چودھری کی سربراہی میں تین رکنی بنچ نے جی ایس ٹی اور پٹرولیم قیمتوں میں اضافے سے متعلق از خود نوٹس کیس کا مختصر فیصلہ سنا دیا۔ عدالت نے فیصلے میں 1931ء کے ٹیکس کو غیر آئینی قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ حکومت کو محض ایک اعلامیے کے ذریعے جی ایس ٹی میں اضافہ کرنے اور اضافی سیلز ٹیکس کی وصولی کا کوئی اختیار نہیں۔ فیصلے میں 13 جون سے وصول کیا گیا ایک فی صد جی ایس ٹی اور 9 فیصد سی این جی پر ٹیکس رجسٹرار کے پاس جمع کرانے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ عدالت نے قرار دیا ہے کہ 13 جون سے وصول کیا گیا اضافی ایک فیصد جی ایس ٹی صارفین کو قابل واپسی ہے تاہم رقوم کی واپسی پارلیمنٹ کی منظوری سے مشروط ہے۔ سیلز ٹیکس لگنے کے بعد پٹرول 86 پیسے، مٹی کا تیل 80 پیسے، ڈیزل 90 پیسے اور لائٹ ڈیزل 77 پیسے مہنگا ہو گیا تھا۔ فیصلے میں یہ بھی کہا گیا ہے کہ کھانے پینے کی اشیاء پر جی ایس ٹی وصول نہ کیا جائے۔ عدالت نے فیصلے میں یہ بھی حکم دیا ہے کہ وفاقی اور صوبائی حکومتیں قیمتوں کو کنٹرول کریں۔ عدالت نے قرار دیا ہے کہ ٹیکس کا قانون صرف پارلیمنٹ لاگو کر سکتی ہے۔ مسلم لیگ نواز کے رہنماء اقبال ظفر جھگڑا کے وکیل اکرام چوہدری نے میڈیا سے بات کرتے ہوئے کہا فیصلہ قانون کی حکمرانی کی راہ ہموار کرے گا۔ عدالت نے مختصر فیصلہ سنانے کے بعد کہا ہے تفصیلی وجوہات اور فیصلہ بعد میں جاری کیا جائے گا۔

Government is in deep **** due to debt servicing payments and foreign reserves. They are in dire need of $ 6 billion dollar sto run the Government. Obviously, they have no choice but to arrange loan with IMF.

As per IMF, Government is trying to document it's economy. One per cent GST is just the begining. The main purpose is to bring businesses in tax network.

Now, Cheap Justice has picked up a fight which is totally insane. As i wrote earlier, no matter how we hate with PML-N Government..........................They are responsible for their acts. Opposition and people are there to keep them in check.

Why Supreme court has to poke his nose in economy. This is toally bizarre and disgusting. PTI must raise their voice and question Cheap Justice interference in Government business. This is insane.
