In my opinion this is a textbook sting operation, must be a mastermind who ever did this, its brilliant.
But CJ can handle it cuz he has the moral authority.
Arsallan is just a foolish kid, be honest this kind of thing can happen with anyone, and its well planed so this kid stood no chance against those mastermind planners.

For this kind of Sting operation 100% ISI and Army is also involved.

Dude IB and FIA are taylor made for these types of sting operation: what else they do. But if if involving ISI satisfies your ego then go ahead. Paksitan is in internal and external strife: ISI are not bunch of idiots who will try to destablize their own country when they are loggerheads with USA. Think, analyze and then type.

I adore your innocence, but ISI is not a person. Its made up of different elements, often times one part of it doesnt know what the other is doing, one wing is working 24/7 on political intelligence. All the best sting operations were either tailored by ex-ISI or by official/non-official members of ISI. By non official I mean agents carrying false official designation, for example an ambassador to Azerbaijan may not be a real ambassador but an agent who has been tasked with a sting operation in Hong Kong. FIA doesnt have the skill for this kind of stuff. ISI is more professional than the KGB was in cold war days in sting operations.
