آس پاس کی تمام ریاستیں ہمہ وقت لرزہ براندام رہتی ہیں کہ جانے کس وقت خلیفہ کا اسلام کی سربلندی کا جذبہ جاگے اور وہ ان کی ریاست پر چڑھ دوڑے اور مال و دولت لے کر ہی ٹلے، کافی عرصے تک یہ بھاری ذمہ داری ملا عمر کے استخوانی کندھوں پر رہی حالانکہ انصاف کے تقاضوں پر کڑی (اکلوتی) نظر رکھنے میں خلیفہ کو بہت مشکل پیش آتی تھی، اب کہیں جاکے یہ بارِ گراں ابوبکر بغدادی نے اٹھایا ہے۔

اس سارے نظام کا سنھری دور بس خلفائے راشدین کی زندگیوں تک محدود رہا جب خطبات میں صرف اور صرف اسلام کی سربلندی اور خدا کی خوشنودی کی باتیں کی جاتی تھیں اور آپس میں کوئی اختلاف منبروں سے بیان نہیں کیا جاتا تھا بعد میں کافروں نے اپنی روائیتی اسلام دشمنی کا ثبوت دیتے ہوئے صحابہ رضی اللہ اجمعین کا ذکر تاریخ کی کتابوں میں ایسے کروایا جیسے ان میں بہت اختلاف تھے۔​

Ofcourse their is. The shariah system is above all other systems and encompasses the "best methodology" for finding the leader . for example . The government is ALWAYS run by technocrats and the job of the Shura is to create laws keeping in mind Islamic injunctions. The job of the leader (president/sultan/ prime minister) is to ensure that those laws are implemented !

This is the shariah system in a nutshell. This way the leader is bound and confined to ONLY implement laws that are in favour of the Quran and Sunnah :)

BASIC OUTLINE FOR A NEW POLITICAL SYSTEM IN PAKISTAN

First off their is a difference in how we will Install this system versus how it will run once installed. So dont get confused between the two.

To install it. We would have to trust the least corrupt institution to make some changes and once that is done then it can run on its own.

First off we need to select the best people from the country called "Selection Commission" using the least corrupt institution and good citizens. So in other words 6 Best Technocrats and 6 Best Scholars.


This selection commission will then select the BEST TECHNOCRATS OR THE BEST BRAINS from the country from all the various ministries. For example, Pakistan's Best Doctor and administrator should be made the Minister of Health. Pakistan BEST educator should be made the Minister of Education. Likewise these people are not some foreign aliens but rather they are good Pakistanis who never get a chance to make it to the TOP JOBS because of Corruption.

They are few, but they are their in EVERY Department.

This is exactly what the Prophet pbuh did. He SELECTED :) the Best in every field and gave them the authority !! - This is ISLAM !

Let me remind everyone here that Hazrat Khalid Bin Walid RA was also a Sahabi BUT he was never made to learn Hadith or given any scholarly duty BECAUSE he SPECIALIZED in WARFARE :). Likewise, the Prophet PBUH gave him only Military Duties ..


Likewise, the Shura or the "Spiritual Council" will also be initially Selected in the start up to make up of GOOD, Qualified Scholars in Islam who have a vision for Pakistan.

Now, the leader of the Spiritual Council will control "Mosque, Army, Judiciary & Media" and will be called the SULTAN/PRESIDENT/HEAD OF STATE/SPIRITUAL LEADER. And the "Technocratic Council or Parliament" will control ALL OTHER ministries like Finance, education, Health, etc etc and the Head of the "Technocratic Council" will be called WAZIR-EAZAM/Prime Minister/ whatever you want to call him.

Now every 4 years the Technocratic Council can propose 3 - 4 names for a "Prime Minister/khalifa/ Leader/ whatever you want to call him" and the people can then vote to select any of the 4 to be their leaders.

This way, ONLY the best qualified person becomes the president/prime minister of Pakistan and the "Spiritual Leader" is selected by the "Spiritual Council" after an internal voting and getting an approval from the "Selection Commission" !:)

THERE SHOULD BE NO POLITICAL PARTIES in Pakistan ! BECAUSE their were NO POLITICAL PARTIES during the time of the Blessed Prophet PBUH !!

This way RELIGION and SIASAT go Hand in Hand like the Prophet Pbuh :) advised !

thanks for ur lengthy reply and i promise i read its every word... but i dont think u get the point...


see in ur post u used "we" will select a committee and "we" will select institution who will do other selection... who is "we" and who will select "we"????????

what ur saying is an amateur though which ppl usually have when they watch something or in jazbath..

countries dont work like that.. especially in the 21st century... u need a proper system which defines each n everything... ur giving example of Prophet (SAWW) time.. but u forget that we dont have the Prophet with us now... He used to give orders and select ppl... now its different..

even if someone somehow implemented tht system, there will be hegemony of two groups.. mullah and politicians... just like in saudi... though the politicians there are the kings..

even if there are no political parties, there will always be groups.. u think this party system just came up?? it came from evolution of thousands of years of human ruling experience... these small groups emerge,each with its own name or tag and each one with its own demands.. the system thus is divided into so many power houses that no big decisions can be taken and is inefficient system...

in political party system, there are few main parties always, n they evolve given a fair time... and brings stability.. dont look at pakistani political picture when i talk about a political system... but the only way for pakistan ahead is to evolve.. let the ppl speak and as the people evolve and become aware, the system becomes aware too..
